Perhaps I should take this opportunity to thank Mr. Sauble, my high school journalism teacher who asked me to write reviews for the student newspaper. Who knew a critique of Rear Window would lead to everything collected here? Since, I’ve written for Alternative Press, Decibel, Wonkavision, Verbicide, Slant, Punk News, Lamb Goat, Clamor and elsewhere. From 1995 to 2005 I produced I Defy, a proudly crudely produced fanzine that covered punk to politics to the personal.
